These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ConverWatch (the “Service”), operated by Serene Stock Online Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service analyses website pages and produces reports identifying potential conversion issues (“leaks”) along with suggested improvements. The reports are provided for informational purposes to help you improve your website. They are recommendations, not guarantees of any particular result.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: because each audit is a digital product delivered immediately, and because a free preview lets you judge the quality before paying, we do not offer refunds simply because you disagree with a recommendation or choose not to implement it. However, if a paid audit cannot be completed, or the delivered report is materially defective, you may request a full refund as set out in that policy. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The reports we generate for you are yours to use for your own business purposes. The underlying methodology, analytical framework, and software remain our property.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to make our analysis accurate and useful, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that following our recommendations will produce any specific increase in conversions or revenue. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on the reports.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
