If the audit could not be completed, or the delivered report is materially defective, contact us at support@converwatch.com within 14 days of purchase and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Because the audit is a digital product delivered immediately, and because the free preview lets you judge the quality before paying, we do not offer refunds simply because you disagree with a recommendation or choose not to implement it. The audit identifies evidence-supported issues and provides prioritised recommendations; it does not guarantee a specific increase in conversions, as results depend on implementation, traffic, the offer and the wider customer journey.
